All FULL CIRCLE INTERNATIONAL, INC. products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover damage or malfunction attributable to negligence, accident, abuse, third party repair, mishandling, modification or use other than in accordance with FCI’s Use Instructions (available at: www.fullcircleinternational.com).

At its option, FCI will either: (a) repair the product; (b) replace the product; or (c) issue an FCI product coupon in an amount at least equal to the original product purchase price.

To obtain warranty service, customers must first obtain a written warranty return authorization code from FCI, and must return the product to FCI, shipping prepaid, accompanied by a copy of the dated product receipt or other proof of purchase acceptable to FCI.

FCI customers recognize and agree that their relief for any breach of warranty is limited to the remedies identified above, and that neither FCI, nor its suppliers or resellers will be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, direct, indirect or other damages or claims incurred in connection with the purchase or use of a RADIUS 360˚ product.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND APPLY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FULL CIRLCE AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND RESELLER DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE/JURISDICTION TO STATE/JURISDICTION, AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
